Eligibility for Return/Refund

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Products without tags will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale/discount are not eligible for return or refund.

Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer (as applicable).
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund/store credit.
Important Note

Any product with the tag removed will be considered worn and cannot be returned or refunded.
