Return & Refund Policy

At VIKSAAR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully:

Eligibility for Return/Refund

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Products without tags will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale/discount are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer (as applicable).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund/store credit.

Important Note

  • Any product with the tag removed will be considered worn and cannot be returned or refunded.
